  • 1/4" hexagon drive (Wera connecting series 1)
Overview
BiTorsion bits for hexagon screws with elastic torsion zone into which kinetic energy is dissipated during peak loads. With softer BiTorsion zone to prevent the bit tip from twisting at high loads. This significantly increases the product life. Extra-hard design. 1/4" hexagonal, suitable for holders as per DIN ISO 1173-D 6.3.

Wera 840/1 BTZ bits, 2.5 x 25 mm

Two-part system reduces torsion to extend bit life – Phase 1 uses springs built into the BiTorsion holder reduces peak loads and keeps your bits from too much stress

Bit is specially designed to reduce torsion during use

Color-coded as part of Wera’s “Take it easy tool finder system” making it easy to find the same size across different models
